Le Refuge de Darwyn undertakes to honour orders received via its online store only within the limits of available stocks of products and delivery in the countries mentioned on its site. Product prices are indicated on the refuge-de-darwyn.ch/shop website .
If any items are unavailable, they will be automatically removed from the order and refunded. Items are generally delivered within 7 working days. The online order is final when the order confirmation button is activated by the customer.

Shipping & pricing
For each order, shipping and handling costs are :
- shipping costs are billed only once per order
- surcharge for express delivery.
You have the choice of delivery:
- or at home
- to the address of a third party resident in Switzerland.
Available items are sent by post within approximately 5 to 8 days. Parcels are sent by Swiss Post. Delivery is limited to Switzerland.
We undertake to make every effort to deliver the order as quickly as possible, as soon as we receive the order form.
Darwyn’s Refuge does not deliver to P.O. Boxes and does not deliver to minors or those under guardianship, unless written permission has been obtained from a parent or guardian.
