Celebrating your birthday at the refuge
For children aged 6 and over, we offer birthday packages on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
To reserve, simply :
- Choose the formula in the form above
- Select a free date from the calendar displayed
- Fill in the form with the details of your request and wait for confirmation.
- If confirmed, a deposit of CHF 200 is required by bank transfer.
- Print our invitations for your guests.

Booking conditions
The present form sent and not cancelled within 10 days after its sending will be considered as definitive.
In the event of non-compliance (e.g. you don’t turn up on the day), the Refuge will ask you to pay compensation of CHF 200. This clause was introduced following a lack of fair play on the part of some parents.
I, the undersigned, undertake to pay to ccp 17-228647-4 “Refuge de Darwyn – 1200 Genève”, CHF 200.– as a deposit on signing this form and the balance on the day of the anniversary.
